- Floor to Area Ratios
- Minimum Parking Ratios
Form Based Codes:
- Are drafted to achieve a community vision
- Designate appropriate scale and form of development
- Address the relationship between buildings and streets
- Address Form and mass of buildings
- Address scale and types of streets and blocks
